Talent release: No rights to the Audio Content?

Hi,

I have a problem with this line in talent release: I agree that I have no rights to the Audio Content and all rights to the Audio Content belong to the Member and Assigns. Can anybody clarify what exactly I am agreeing to by this? It sounds like total waiving of rights.

If it's your track/upload, then you are 'the Member'. It's saying that you yourself retain all rights to the audio. The "I have no rights" part applies only to someone else who may have contributed to your track and has signed the release.
