Simiilars with and without logos

I am just processing some cityscapes from Bangkok painstakingly removing logos, hotel names and advertisments to get them into the main collection where I imagine they will sell better than as editorials.  However I think they may also be useful in situations where an unedited shot would be better - or necessary - and think it is a pity that I can not upload two versions, one "cleaned" and one original to satiesfy two cathegoriea of buyers, but if I try I am sure they will be rejected as similars.

If you have multiples, why not upload some to the regular collection and different ones to editorial?

Yes that is what I have been doing, but still feel that it should be allowd to upload a version with and without logos. A designer would be able to remove logos from an Editorial image, but as it is Editorial he/she would anyhow not be allowed to use it for commersial purposes and I can't imagine a designer adding removed logos to a non editorial image so that would definitely be use for both.

Are they not two different images? Why would iStock care, they go to two different markets but iStock still gets the profit. Maybe I'm missing something significant here. Won't be the first time...
